I bring a unique blend of creative and technical expertise. I have a strong foundation in digital media, with skills in motion graphics, video production, UX/UI, and visual communication.

I am a Senior Technical Learning Developer (Developer Experience and Enablement) at Workday, where I design and deliver engaging, user-focused learning experiences at scale. My work combines instructional design, creative production, and visual storytelling to ensure content is accessible, impactful, and aligned with business goals.

With 10 years of experience in instructional design and more than 15 years of experience in the IT sector, including time spent working as a freelancer and consultant, I bring a unique blend of creative and technical expertise. I have a strong foundation in digital media, with skills in motion graphics, video production, UX/UI, and visual communication.

Storytelling is central to my approach. Whether producing short learning videos, developing a curriculum, or collaborating with stakeholders, I focus on turning complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that support learner engagement and business outcomes.

Before joining Workday, I held a dual role at ICON across learning and corporate communications. I led the production of executive-facing content, including CEO and leadership videos, quarterly business updates, culture and values campaigns, and internal learning programmes. This work contributed to both employee engagement and global L&D efforts.

I hold qualifications in BSc Business Computing Systems, MSc Applied Digital Media and a MA Education Learning and Development. I thrive in collaborative environments where innovation, quality, and meaningful storytelling are key.
